Snapped ~ Week 6
NomNom (food), Sunsets, Clouds, & Toes
Time to check in for another edition of We’ve Snapped.
First of all, not really growing up with any homemade goodies I have put my hand to work trying out everything from jelly to bread. Here are a few of my recent favs.
I am overjoyed to be able to make donuts from scratch now. Some with glaze and some with cinnamon sugar. Maybe next time I will do the chocolate frosted kind.
My Aunt on my dad’s side of the family began this tradition with my kids. I am carrying it on with them and this past Christmas they made this for Santa. They tried to feed the caramel dip to the reindeer, however Santa made sure their feelings weren’t hurt and explained that it gave Rudolph gas.
This is the bridge we cross as we go up the mountain. And then on the last leg of the journey it opens up across the valley we live in.
I love watching the clouds here. How they crawl across the mountains, how they wrap them up.
This one reminded me of the storms when the would sweep across Kansas.
I took my daughter for her first pedi/mani and she didn’t really like them messing with her hands but she really dug her feet.
I was 30 minutes late for my wedding and it is a good thing too. It stopped raining literally as we stepped out to go to the chapel. I walked across the grass in my bare feet and our photographer was awesome, she quickly grabbed this shot through the window.
Thank you for joining me again this week my friends. Until next time, stay safe and be blessed.
